i moved your post as the previous thread was over a year old

connection speed is maybe slightly lower than attainable but noise margin is normal 6db

are you using test socket with filter to see if that helps your stability by eliminating your internal wiring and possible faulty faceplate

try quiet line test dial 17070 option 2 should be quiet and best with corded phone

Quiet line test is fine, tried the test socket same issue. Phoned this morning had my line reset and within an hour i had a drop out knocking my speeds down to 26meg 😞

and heres the other test (not sure how to add it so it show properly so hope its ok)

Could just be your hub resyncing, or maybe the heat is getting to it 🙂

Leave it on for a few days and allow the restarts or orange light plague go through by itself. Don’t restart it yourself as it will make ur line seem unstable to BT’s line automatic management.
