Re: Why do BT say problem is fixed when it's not?

I have not hade Broadband since 28th oct 2025  6 open reach call-outs a new router and the say I have broadband to my property but it won’t connect to the router because there is a fault on a computer in India somewhere. Can’t tell me when I will get my service back. Diabolical

This is pathetic : " fault on a computer in India somewhere". Nonsense!

Did you get a name? Are you really with BT? I ask as there are other ISPs that use Openreach.

I’d say it’s almost certainly the case that the poster has a delayed installation rather than an unfixed fault , the question are they even a BT customer seems a reasonable question to ask, it’s also unclear why they tag onto an old post rather than start a new one
