Recently re-contracted but still traffic shaped

I re-contracted on the 12th (5 days ago) and I now have 50GB BTCloud, and all the other services, but I seem still to be throttled. Does it take longer that 5 days for the throttling to be sorted or has something gone wrong?

 

On BT Infinity 2 (76Mbps) and get up to 70Mbps using speed tests during quiet periods
