Hi I am experiencing fairly regular connection drops, where the HH5 will lose connection, flash amber then reconnect itself automatically. It happens at least once a week and I have been keeping a log of dates and times. Up to 4 since the 17th Dec that I have noticed (there may be more that I haven't)
I upgraded from a home hub 3 recently and am thinking of reverting back as I had no problems at all with that modem.
Can anyone help please as I'm finding it extremely frustrating.
Just_Liz Had the same problems with my hub 5, numerous phone calls to BT India, hub 5 replaced still the same problem, I was told the hub was no compatible with my line!!!. Bought a Asus RT-N66U, rock solid now. Problem for me solved.
