Had this problem 6 to 15 months ago, and it was then solved by removing the internal wiring that BT had connected.
Same problem is now recurring over the last two weeks, with internal wiring now no longer available to blame.
10-15 disconnects per day, hub colours cycle through rainbow. And speed has dropped to 40Mb, when it was 56 before. I notice in stas below noise is no longer 3db, assume related.
Reported today, agent refreshed line and requested hub reboot. New line lasted 10 minutes before dropping again.
