My FTTP download speed as tested on the My BT app is regularly below my guaranteed minimum speed.
I have tried to phone to report this but first got a message saying don't call if it's not urgent, and then got a weird extension not found message and was cut off.
How else can I report this issue so it is officially logged with BT but can be looked into on a non urgent basis (I can't find an email or web form).
