On Saturday 25th July , our broadband suddenly cut out and to date has not come back on. i have of course had live chats and phone calls with BT, but they have explained that according to their system , I am getting 70 mbps and all is well. This means that they will not send an Engineer to help us, because "its working"
Well the thing is , its not working but I cant get BT to help me
Any ideas what i can try , I have tried a new router , and under instruction from BT have pulled out various plugs, but to no avail after 10 days with no Broadband?
if phone line working then try quiet line test dial 17070 option 2 should be quiet and best with corded phone
have you tries using the test socket with a fillter
if SSFP test socket shown by black arrow
