Returning Customer

Go to solution

Hi,

I used to be with BT (I think) but then cancelled the contract (but didnt change supplier just stopped with internet)

If I get it again now will i need to wait for a technician or will you be able to just send me a router and press the on switch and I'm good to go?

I last had internet about 8 years ago if that makes a difference!

Thanks for the help,

Hayden

Then you should be able to just order broadband which will be self install. If you put your phone number in the checker, you will see what services are available to you. If you post a screenshot of the page, edit out your phone number before posting.

Re: Returning Customer

Hey there,

Well fingers crossed that's right then because that would be great.

Sorry to be a bother, but can you send me the link to the number checker, I cant find it!

Will this also tell me if it was BT I was with a while back or not?

Thanks for all the help

Re: Returning Customer

Sorry, meant to include it in last post, if you are not a BT phone customer it won't recognise the number and you will need to enter your address instead. https://www.dslchecker.bt.com/

Re: Returning Customer

The only problem that might arise is if the only option available to you is FTTP, that will require an engineer visit that won't happen until June at the earliest.
