Hi, Today I have gone to click the link for the reward card as I have been using my broadband since June and only came across this email today. Annoyingly it's saying there are no rewards in my account however I know there should be due to said email.
I can confirm that I have not missed the 3 month claims time so please can I be advised on what I can do as this has caused a lot of confusion.
