Router Working Now Flashing Purple and Awaiting External Problem To Be Fixed?
Only had BT a week and already **bleep** problems!!!
Installed and got wifi working fine over weeken - good speed, instant connection etc.
Come home from work Monday night and flashing purple lights all over router and couldn't get online. Tried all the usual re-set, turn on off, make sure everything plugeed in okay. No problems reported in my phone number code. Spoke to someone on the phone who claimed would be fine by midnight.. not fine by midnight. Call this morning and told I'd get a call back within an hour.. 10hrs later no reply.
Finally go online and troubleshoot - BT have detected a problem outside my property (haven't said what) and are sending somebody to fix (haven't said when).
