It doesn't look good, wait for the mod and use the contact link they give you. It may take up to 5 days for them to reply to you but well worth the wait.
Here is the drop at 2am this morning which I assume may be DLM related, SNR still erratic

Was downloading this morning. My very erratic SNR dropped significantly while downloading - see pic - is this normal behaviour or another indication that there may be an issue and then started steadily rising
Just noticed that although my VDSL dropped, I do not see this reflected in my software monitoring tool. Sych Speed never dropped. In the HH% log, I see this

Not a full drop out as such as the SNR, Max Rate or Attenuation show no change and there are a few
PPP LCP Send Configuration Request
PPP LCP Receive Configuration ACK
Starting CHAP authentication with peer
All in the space of about 4 seconds
I take it there has been a re-authentication going on
Is this normal behaviour?
Regarding when you asked a mod to assist, I filled the form in as per this request - what is the process now.
Please dont think I am inpatient, its more that I know I havent missed anything and they think its all ok now orr that I aint bothered
