Should I expect faster speeds?

Hi All,

 

Moved into a new build at the end of September, and am currently on the Superfast fibre unlimited plan.

I have regularly checked my broadband speed using the speedtest built into the bt.com website under my account details. I regularly get in this region of screenshot:

I looked up my potential speed on the wholesale website using my phone number and get the following:

According to wholesale site, the max observed is even below Downstream Handback Threshold.

I don't know if I'm being unrealistic, but I was expecting higher speeds when the home had been completely built and I checked the speeds I could expect in that area.

post router stats  if hh6 then advanced settings then technical log information

are you conencted to test socket with a filter even if you have a filtered master socket to see if that improves your connection

dial 17070 option 2  should be silent and best with corded phone
