Significant Drop in Upstream Speed - how to resolve?

Hi folks,

I can see from my router logs that on August 5th at 09:06 my VDSL dropped and reconnected with a significantly slower upstream speed. Before the drop it was ~7.8Mbps, afterwards it was ~3.4Mbps. Here are the log entries:

I would have been at work at the time so I can confidently say that this is not the result of anything I have changed and suspect that something changed in the network. How best would I get OpenReach to look into this?
