Since yesterday customers on BT infinity accessing RD Gateway get certificate revocation errors.

Has anyone else found the same thing? The ONLY common link is that customers on a BT infinity link cannot access our RD Gateway. A stabdard BT broadband account is fine, and any other ISP is fine. What has changed on the BT network??

Hi Rachelhutson,

Thanks for posting. I am sorry to hear your having issues with your Infinity accessing RD Gateway.

Is this issue still happening?, if so can you provide what type of Hub you are using and if you recently got a firmware update?

Thanks

Re: Since yesterday customers on BT infinity accessing RD Gateway get certificate revocation errors.

We had to make a change on our end to allow the traffic back through - but it was odd it was only affecting BT infinity customers - a number of sites and routers. This is why we thought a change was made on the BT network.

We had to change a configuration settings on the network card.

Go to – Network and Sharing Center -> Change Adapter Settings -> Right click on the card -> Properties -> Configure -> Advanced Tab -> Large Send Offload V2 -> Set to Disabled
