Sky q has stopped connecting to internet nut all devices are still connecting perfectly . Have tried connecting with Ethernet and still no joy.
sky are telling me that it's a fault with BT broard band but why would it still connect to other devices ?...
Hi @Karenlm Have you rebooted the router? It doesn’t matter that other devices work okay. Obviously followed by the Sky Q box.
I would say bt are correct here if everything else connects besides the sky box especially over etherneg I would say that's your issue
as SKYQ uses channel 36 have you changed your wifi 5ghz channel from smart to a channel other than 36 say 48?
I feel like I'm being batted from one to the other !

It should list IP Address, Subnet Mask, Router, DNS Server
