I have had regular 45mbs download/7 mbs Upload performance until one week ago. Now I have 45mbs download but only 1.7 mbs Upload.
I complained today and got nothing - only "we dont guarantee Upload speeds" and no recognition of the fact that it was acceptably higher before. i was offered no guidance whatsoever, except a "BT Reset" which did nothing.
Nothing in my home has changed.
I see many others here seem to be experiencing similar problems.

have you tried a factory reset by pressing the recessed button on back and holding 20/30 secs until lights flash and see if that helps connection speed
Yes, I have just tried a full hub reset, no change I'm afraid.
please note that I did have full upload speeds for a reasonable period but they suddenly slowed a few days ago and have not returned since.
