I have exhyausted all areas with BT customer service and have not found a solution. I used to receive 76mb consistently but now my connection is all over the place sometimes falling to single digits and regualrly well below half of what should be available.

Not always at peak time but probably is congestion. How do I make the wholesale team ware if it is that?
