Okay so since have had BT Broadband activated I haven't recived the full speeds im paying for and the avaliblity checker said i was going to get "80Mbs" - i only get 45/19 down/up on my bills it says im paying for 76mbs bt infinity 2 what a joke ehh please help me fix this

You are only showing a connection time of 42 minutes, why is that?

Reson for reset.
Id only just reset it because I have already been on a chat with the same speed fault apperntly they fixed it yesterday so i reset the router just to see if anything changed overnight heres the ref **Edited**
The connection speed shoul be between 72 and 80Mbs.
Its most likely an internal wiring issue.

Or you can do a few checks yourself, to try and locate the problem, with the help of forum members.
