Slow broband

I have fibre 1 broadband with 50mb down load speed and 10mb upload speed with a 25mb stay fast guarantee

Im barley getting above 10mbps and it will keep dropping to well under 1mbps, I’ve tried to do a speed test and it is saying it is unable to test any help?

To get a better understanding of how your connection is performing, please could you post the stats from your router?
