Thanks for taking the time to post, sorry to hear that you are experiencing slow speeds.
It looks like your broadband profile has been banded to 40/10 so we will need to take a look at this to get to the bottom of why this has happened. I've sent you a Private Message with details on how you can get in contact with the mod team.
I have checked the network and the connection looks pretty good.
I have arranged for a new BT Smart Hub to be sent out to you to see if this helps the dropping connection and WiFi speeds.
I have also made a few tweaks to the broadband profile to see if we can get you a little more speed.
Can you test the connection over the next week and let me know if it looks any better?

TThanks for the message, yeah it seems to be much better now. No drop outs and speed has been more stable however seems slow on 2.4ghz but that could be down to distance from router.
