My Infinity 1 speed is great during the day at around 68mb which is more than great, but every evening at 5pm until 2am the speed drops to below 7mb.
I have read plenty of threads and I know you require an image from the bt speed tester during the day and the last recorded one during the evening slow period, both of them wired.
Here is the cabinet Info
Here is the BT speedtester during the day
I'll update and posts here the slower speed image this evening when the speed slows down again

You need to use Edge as this will give reliable results - Firefox and Chrome can give false readings.
Perfect thank you, that fixes my speedtest problem and got accurate tests for during the day.
I've edited the thread now to reflect my initial problem and will update it this evening with more images when my speed slows
Here is the speed test in the evening at 20:15
Anyone got any advice or help? Or maybe I need to give more information or more tests? Thanks

A mod should be able to check and update you on congestion relief work.
Thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry that you appear to be suffering from congestion.
I've checked the Dunoon site and I can see that there are a lot of different virtual pathways, or routes, that we can direct the broadband signal to you. I can see three of these pathways require new infrastructure. The target date for that work is for the 03/08/2018. However; another pathway is due to be fixed on the 29/06/2018. Without your details I can't check to see if you are affected and when it may be fixed.
