Re: Slow speed on Superfast Fibre 2

Checked the router information today and it indicated that the router had been running since about 10 am on Saturday, when we were out. It also shows that the data rate is 14.53 Mbps / 23.73 Mbps and max data rate is 14610 / 27871. Test from router still doesn’t work, but a test on the Uswitch site shows 22 Mbps on download and 14 on upload.

I am really getting annoyed now and beginning to wish that I hadn’t signed up with BT. What is the best way to complain?

It says that it rebooted about 9 am, while we were both at work and now our landline isn’t working.

Report a phone line fault. Don't mention broadband.

Re: Slow speed on Superfast Fibre 2

Will they look at the broadband at the same time, even if I don't mention it?

Re: Slow speed on Superfast Fibre 2

They don't need to, you have a line problem not a broadband one even though your broadband is affected.

Sort the line problem and you BB should return to normal.
