Connection time due to hub reset.
we’ve had a stable connection since September after the DLM reset. There had been no issues with power supply going off etc so that’s why it was unclear why speed has dropped from 4.5 to barely reaching 2.
After engineer visit in mid Jan our speed remained at 4.5 for around 10 days then dropped down to 3, there were no outages etc or dropping of connection, we are now down at 2, though there were outages last week with storm power cuts. Our speed was 4.5 for years until last summer when a large number of outages occurred due to birds on powerlines. My ip profile was reset at end of august and speed was good , no outages, then at xmas it reduced down to 2 so engineer came in jan and ‘reset’ everything but again its droppedaway
Ip profile showing as 2.01. This cant be right, dsl checkers says line can support between 3.4 and 7.3. There are no faults on the line, tried all that etc.
