During the summer we had an issue with our speed going down to 2mbps, its usually 4.5.
we live in a rural area and crows were continually on the overhead cables which was causing power flickers. I was told that because of this bt reduced our line speed.
The community moderator got an ip profile reset for us and the problem had gone but its back again and we are currently sitting at 2mbps

Yes stats from hub manager. Advanced settings then technical log information. If hh5 then troubleshooting then helpdesk
Connection time is only 1 hr is that due to hub dropping connection or manual reset? Unless you can maintain a stable connection your connection speed is unlikely to improve and any DLM reset would be pointless as you would be back in same position in no time due to unstable connection
if there is no line noise and connection keeps dropping then phone 151 and get engineer visit
