I wonder why you've been put on 55/20 not 80/20...

That’s good question. Now almost without any connection dropping it should be set to a proper values. Or could it be set manually?

Unfortunately, you can't. A mod will have to request it to be changed.

Thank you, guess I need wait now for a mod response. In the meanwhile connection drop again. After so many fault reports it should be better than this.

Ok, we need to find out what's causing the connection drops before this can be done. Is the line noisy? If not, do you know of any electrical items in your home that may be turning on/off at the times of connection drops? Please post the line stats from your BT Smart Hub again.

I don’t think any of the devices causing this. I’ll post new stats in a sec. The line is silent on test.

Ok, your line attenuation has increased from 13.5 dB to 14.3 dB which would suggest that there's a high resistance fault somewhere. You can post the Hub logs if you like just to see how many disconnections there have been. Select "WAN" from the dropdown list in the event log and paste what's shown.

No it doesn't, it just means that the speed has increased due to more frequency bins in use hence re-calculation of attenuation over a wider frequency range.
