I would say your line has been wrongly provisioned, like @licquorice pointed out. I think this requires mod intervention.

Thanks for posting the stats. If you've only had a few disconnects, that banding looks really harsh, so I still think it's what I said above. Uptime is only 19 hours, was that a manual resync?

IP lease time is set by default to 24 hours if it counts to connection stats.

No, lease time is totally unrelated to DSL uptime.

It doesn't and is not recorded in the tech logs.

So dsl uptime is not affected in stats by renewing IP address

No. Did you reboot the Hub just before the time shown for DSL uptime? If not, then it was a drop in connection. Just trying to work out if there's a fault or not.

No, hub is on all the time. Fault been flagged as fixed this morning again.
