Hi, i am hoping someone can help me out. I am experiencing slow fibre speeds in the evening. 1-5mbs. Speeds are normal during the day 40-50mbs. This happens between 6-10pm.
Having read several other people having the same issue and is most likely a congestion issue at the exchange which is a Wholesale issue i am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
I have spoken BT help team three times and have tried everything they have suggested.
Below is the wholesale speed test.
Have tried to complete the third test but cannot change the username that it asks.
Can anyone please help me.

You do not need to do the third test where you have to change the user name.
Which exchange are you connected to?

I am connected to INVERNESS MACDHUI is served by Cabinet 63.
