Hi community members
I have used DSL checker and it shows my line can do 73mbps on the VDSL clean, and 62 on VDSL impacted.
We have a treadmill at home, which resets the router making it have an orange light, whenever it is turned on. We have stopped using it and have let the router stay connected for more than 2 weeks. After 8 days it restarted itself, and has been going for 7 days strong since with no disconnects. The sync speed is at 39.99 on the download. How long till I reach my potential speeds the line can do? Is it possible to ask for a DLM reset?
I have done the quiet line test and it is quiet, there is no crackling or anything of the sort.

Can any mods shed some light on the situation and let me know if a DLM reset can be requested, thank you
can you enter phone number and post resultes deleting just phone number http://dslchecker.bt.com/adsl/adslchecker.welcome
if hh6 can you post stats from advanced setting then technical log information
at present Mods cannot request a DLM reset but that hopefully will chnage next week in certain circumstances
what speeds does the intial order confirmation letter from BT say is the speed reange?
but checking with the website now, it shows a minimum of 44mbps
with your stats I would have expected you to get max infinity 1 speed but if your treadmill was causing numerous resets of the hub - orange light - then I think that has resulted in DLM putting your conenction in a banded profile hence the restricted connection speed
at present DLM can only be reset by engineer visit but ISPs are going to be able to arrange DLM reset from 19/2 in certain circumstances but probably be after 19/2 while details of how it's done are sorted out
