Smart Hub - Connection dropped 10 times in 4 hours.
My connection has dropped about 10 times this evening, and has done so on other evenings. No faults are reported. The hub has been reset, it has been switched off and then on, I've done the 192.168....things....I've had a pointless chat with someone online.... what is going on, why can't someone at BT tell me what the issue is? ....dropped 11 times now.

post the stats from hub advanced settings then technical log information
do you have a dial tone? if so try 17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone
have you tried using test socket with filter to eliminate your internal wiring and faceplate from being a problem
