Upgraded to infinity in November and been all fine until a few weeks ago when I had an unexpected disconnect. Rang customer support in India and it fixed itself. It then had more frequent DCs the following days with the hub restarting itself going from green to flashing orange then stopping on solid orange for over an hour at times with no connection either wired or less.
I’ve gone through all the channels at bt and have an engineer coming this week but today I’ve come home to the hub on solid green and no amount of reboots or resets have made a difference. Am I right in thinking it could be the HH6 plague I’ve read about? Or is it something outside my home that they have ‘fixed’ courtesy of BT wholesale checks.
