My smart hub has started a pattern where it will be working fine for 20 to 30 minutes, and then out of nowhere the connection will drop out and it will flash purple for a bit, and then continue to flashing orange, steady orange, blue etc etc, I thought it was a 1 time thing at first but it has been happening continuedly over the past 3 days.
I have attempted to factory reset the hub to try fix the issue with no avail.
Do you use your phone line?
If you do, Is there any noise on your phone line, dial 17070 and select option 2, it should be quiet between the announcements?
What does your master phone socket look like?
