Cabinet 10, which serves your area, is currently out of capacity due to high demand. We've contacted our fibre capacity team who will advise when the cab capacity will be increased. As soon as we hear back from them we'll update you accordingly.
you just need to wait on openreach getting back to you - or you could keep hassling openreach
there is no timescale for cab capacity increases
