Speed drop !!!!

Hi

 

I have had bt infinity since last March and I was getting a solid 78.12mb download speed without any problem 2 weeks ago the speed drop it to 69mb and yasterday drop it again to 57mb and do not know why I have tried to get help using cs chat but they have not got a clue ?

 

Any hep please .

Can you run this checker and post back a screen shot of the results. Make sure you delete your phone number before posting.

and use this speed tester then carry out the further diagnostics and post back a screen shot of all the results including your IP profile for up and down. This test must be done with a wired connection.

If you have a Homehub 5 can you also post the stats from 1-12 by logging onto the homehub management pages then troubleshooting > helpdesk. http://bthomehub.home/

Can you post your line stats from the HH5 please? These are in Troubleshooting/Helpdesk on the web interface at http://192.168.1.254

Back on Last March this was my line speed

The raised noise margin indicates instability on your line.

This is often due to a line fault which will require an engineer visit to fix.
