I have also had significant speed drops since the update. My line can only get 20mbps as a max and previous to the update I was gettinga solid 10-15..which is fine for me but since the update the speed has been completely erratic..sometimes 17mbps...but more often below 2mbps...countless calls in to BT. Engineer recabled between exchange and cabinet which held for 24hours...then was told it might be a network issue which apparently was fixed..still cannot hold a connection. Getting nowhere fast with BT i'm afraid despite raising a complaint. Factory reset smart hub twice.

Sorry you are experiencing a drop in your connection speed. Have you checked your line 17070 to ensure that there is no noise interference on the line.
Also will you post the stats from your Smart Hub, (Homehub 6) can you go to hub manager then advanced then technical log and post the stats. http://bthomehub.home/
