Hi guys our speed today has basically halved. We have been steady at 6.7 for a couple of months after an engineervisit. Today its down to 3.1. Our stay fast guarantee is 3.0. Ive tried restarting, changing channels that both the 2.4 and 5ghz broadcast on but nothing. Very frustrating as both of us our working from home and need a half decent speed.

Can you post hub stats. If hh5 then troubleshooting then helpdesk. If hh6 then advanced settings then technical log information
Are you using a separate modem
Yes an openreach modem , lan port connected to the hub.

Not needed with the home hub 5, just take the DSL lead out of the modem, and plug it into the DSL input of the HH5.
The engineer recommended it the last time as he says it gives a more stable connection
