Stats show you have been connected since you manually reset earlier today and connection speed still at 56mb

I’ve just swapped the modem cable for the one that came with hh6 errors have stopped and speeds have shot up too. Watching to now it’s perfect so it seems the cable was very poor.

Well I spoke too soon the line speed has dropped throughput to 35.00mps from 53 should I just leave it or contact Bt helpdesk. SNR Is 6 up and down.

all speeds quoted by BT are connection speeds not download speed so currently you have a 57mb connection speed.  as I posted already you need to maintain a stable connection for 10/14 days and you should get a speed boost from G.INP

I’ve just been reading that my but home hub 6 doesn’t support G.INP  does the newer hub?
