Speed upgrade!

Hi hoping someone can look into this for me. I recently had a line fault that was repaired and my speeds were 52up 10 down, but after the fault 44down. I was told the DLM might need a reset. Yesterday i went on my bt account to discover i can have a speed boost onto infinity 2. The upgrade said 55 min speed- 60 to 64 speed. I was rather excited at the news eagerly pressed the upgrade button!. 

I waited over night and like Christmas morning checked for the new speed...... I checked the speed test on my phone to discover ive gained one MEG!. I couldn't believe my eyes. I was expecting the line to be glowing but sadly not. I would apricate it if someone talk nicely to the dlm, and let a few more horses out.

please can you check MYBT that package shows fibre 2 as your speed according to stats is 55/10mb which is the fibre 1 speed max

however according to dslchecker results you had 74/10mb on 6 Feb.  are you have connections problems maybe resetting hoping speed will improve?

Hi Yes the package is fibre 2 that's what i ordered. I don't have any line problems now, well not that i know to.

I restarted the router this morning the sync speed has gone up.

you now need to maintain a stable connection with no reset and you should get a speed boost when DLM kicks in G.INP.  your noise margin would normally drop to about 3db giving increase in speed  can take 10/14 days stable

Having speed issues can’t watch programmes from apple and the error rates are going through the roof. I checked the speed and it dropped to 25 mbs. 
Does this indicate the line still has problems.
