Hi @KyleMac have you been able to test with a BT hub and are you still experiencing speed issues?

@JohnC2 The Smarthub immediately fixed it and it's still fixed even with the HG612 back in. So I think it just needed another resync for the profile change to fully kick in.
After plugging in the Smarthub the cabinet also started dropping the SNR target below 6 so maybe that's related.
