Speedtest

Go to solution
Really fed up frustrated to hell
Got latest hub and disc
Tried to test my speed on My BT
Tells me it not available
So I use respected Ookla test it’s **bleep**
DL speed is 59 upload is 29
I ring BT who tell me the DL speed is 148
I try BT app again nothing and ookla is still same
I am very angry and fed up
No idea why BT app not working or why ookla one so bad result

Try http://www.speedtest.net/ that is often recommended by the Gurus on here

with thses speeds are you on FTTP or G.Fast?

Thank you I did use that but the download is only to my device eg phone isn’t it which in that is 67
The speed I want to check is speed from exchange local to my hub
They use a BT version for that

connecting by ethernet and running btspeedtester or as already advised speedtest.net will show download speed from cabinet if on FTTC
