Sometime we got to hope on our Luck. hoping BT will send a good engineer out on your visit. I think you are really unlucky on your last Engineer visit. Hope they will send in a good one tomorrow for you.
Yes I know what you mean on above. When My infinity install on the day the Engineer show me on his device I can get around 40 download speed.

For what it's worth, I can confirm it's nothing to do with your PC, or any anti-virus.
I have confirmed the problem connected directly into the homehub, running a Ubuntu live cd. So it's nothing to do with windows, the homehub, or any kind of anti virus.

There's clearly a widespread problem that they're not aware of (certainly not the person I spoke to anyway).
Out of interest, where are you both located? I'm in Cheltenham. Wonder if it's something to do with the exchange?
