Strange ONT model

Go to solution

Would anyone know what model ONT I have.

Instead of the LOS LED it has an Alarm one,  The others are PON, POWER and LAN

As with most BT webpages, they really need to update it.

I think Adtran ONT’s have an ‘alarm’ LED , instead of LOS , serves the same purpose really , Adtran are a manufacturer that OR use as well as Nokia, Huawei equipment now being ‘banned’

Thanks for flagging this. I've requested info/graphics for missing ONT and will get the help page/FAQ updated when we receive this. 😀

@NickBS  Its not just the new ONTs that need adding, there is a lot of outdated information on the page.

Probably the same as the one I had fitted yesterday, Not sure of the brand though, the four LED's are like rectangle blocks at the top edge, Alarm, LAN. PON and Power. Bout the same size as the Nokia. Very neat though.

Likely.

Looking around on other broadband related sites it seems like it's an Adtran SDX611 possibly an SDX611q
