Exactly the same problem as you. Just moved into my home and been waiting for nearly 2 months to get my broadband activated.
They promise to phone but never do, just get no reply texts with no new information.
Honestly feel like banging my head against a brick wall. Been escalated a number of times, still no joy. Where do I go now?
