Recently moved house, previously on the 80/20 service and was very happy with the speeds.
Now in a new property and I am fully aware I won't be getting the 80/20 speeds.
However, I am currently paying for Infinity 2 (Upto 80/20) Yet my IP profile is stuck on the 55/10.
Would a Mod kindly arrange to have the IP profile removed/increased back to 80/10 to squeeze the extra sync speed out of my connection?
Not much point in paying for Infinity 2 if you're capping me at the Infinity 1 speeds!

What does your package say in MYBT?
were you previously on infinity 1 and got the free speed upgrade?
My package says 'Superfast Fibre 2 unlimited' - pic attached.
In my old place I was paying from day 1 to get the 80/10 speed.
When I placed my order for my new house, I had the conversation with the guy about either going for option 1 (50/10), or paying for option 2 to try and squeeze any extra sync speed out of the connection.
I opted for option 2 but I'm still stuck on a 50/10 profile.
I have asked mods to help get you back on correct package they will post here tomorrow
