Sudden Drop in Speed

My BB connection has been very good with constant good speed for well over a year, but recently starting running very slow with high ping. Speed has halved from 75 to 40. My Stats are below should I book an engineer visit?

any noise on quiet line test?

have you tried using test socket with a filter to see if that helps?

Thanks here is the test:

Just tested the phone and there is no dial tone. Its new NTE no extensions plugged in.
