Hi @MattC24 Sorry you are experiencing slow speeds. I've checked and we have no reports of your congestion in your area. Please complete the speed test as requested by Keith and post the results and we will be happy to advise you further then.

Speed is starting to drop now so have run another test. Although not down to 0.5mbps but i will not likely be able to run the test then.
