Over the past couple of days, I have noticed a sudden and quite severe drop from my usual speeds. For years I have pretty solidly had around 62Mbit/s down, however over the past couple of days it has dropped from between 23-30Mbit/s and pretty much refuses to go above 30Mbit/s.

I do believe I have somehow ended up on the wrong IP profile - I'm wondering if there is any way to get this reset?

Unfortunately, we no longer have any Home Hub - our Home Hub 2 (which we got when we first signed up) stopped powering on a long time ago, have since used third party routers.
Having talked to a live chat member, they have created an order to send a new Home Hub out to us as a replacement, but was hoping to see if there was anything that could be identified whilst we're waiting for the new hub, as surely it's not the only way BT can support potential line issues..
Oh, just done another check and everything now seems to be back to normal. The profile is back to where it should be - now getting my usual 62Mbit/s down 18Mbit/s up.
