Sunday night jitters

Been getting pings of 20-25 with 0-1 jitter so far. Pretty much what I had with my previous ISP. However, I tried playing a game online tonight and it felt terrible, and the above ping test probably explains why.

3 days I've been back with BT, is this the kind of rubbish I should expect?!

Re: Sunday night jitters

Mine is also just as bad, it never used to be until a few weeks ago.

Mine is a bit more back to normal now. Yours is awful. The performance at peak times was one of the reasons I left BT many years ago, can't quite believe they are still poor in this respect even using FTTC. Hope it isn't a sign of things to come.

Re: Sunday night jitters

I didn't do any other checks last night and it went back to normal after a while so don't know where the problem lies. Those are some pretty shocking stats though 😞

Re: Sunday night jitters

With BT Sport winning the rights to European FOotball from 2015 and them trying to attract a lot more broadband users I think it is a sign of things to come. I have been playing with similar issues for over a year now.
