Our village has just has fibre installed to everyone’s delight. We remain one of a couple of properties that cannot order yet. I have been trying to get answers from openreach as to what the problem is as all my neighbours are now on Fibre except me. All I get is ‘computer says no’ answers.
Today I have found out that Openreach say we are on cabinet 1 (which is not Fibre enabled) but an openreach engineer confirmed today that we are actually going through cabinet 6 with all our other neighbours. He checked our line in front of me and said no reason why you can’t order Fibre.
Can anyone help with this please?
