Just resynced again that's 3 times in 5 mins do I need to report again or is it just DLM trying to find the reliable stats to use?

There are no reported cab problems for Shepherds Bush but it certainly looks like you have a problem. Call in and get an engineer out.

Looks like it could be a faulty port in the cabinet. Its not DLM.

Been stable for 2.5 hours now I am still monitoring it before asking for an engineer incase its been corrected at the exchange. Presumably someone there was made aware or it auto switched to another port in the cab?

Its nothing at the exchange and it won't have 'auto switched' at the cabinet. Unlikely, but somebody may have fixed the problem.

Sorry that you are having problems with your connection.

I think the guys are right and you need to get an engineer booked or at least some tests done from our end.

Hi Matt,

Its been stable for about 7 days now. Just resetted itself (might be the cold weather outside! as it often does that if its get really cold). I will still monitor a bit longer before taking you up on your offer via PM.
