Hi,I've been on Superfast 1 for ages & due to being out of contract I went with Superfast 2.
I am awaiting my new Smart Hub 2 (which was ordered 21st Aug & still showing as ready for dispatch)
Anyway I did a speed test as I haven't done one in a while & I was shocked to see it down to about 34 instead of the normal 70 odd.
I have add a few screen shots of stats etc.....I also did a router restart to see if that sorted things out.

Your connection is looking good now that the order has completed to change you over to the 80/20 service. The tests are showing your sync speed is sitting at 78Mbps.
With regards to the Hub, I'm sorry you haven't received this. I've placed a new order and the hub is due for delivery on the 2nd of September.
